  9. DEPOSIT - Enter the range of Deposit Numbers to be covered.

  12. DATE - Enter the range of Dates you want the report to include.

  16. SCREEN PROMPT - "PRINT REPORT (Y/N)" Enter "Y" for yes or "N" for no.
